Itinerary

Day 1: Fez - Arrival in Morocco
Upon your arrival at Fes Airport, our driver will warmly welcome you to the spiritual heart of Morocco. Depending on your arrival time, you will be transferred to your Riad for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Fez - Medina Guided Tour
After breakfast, immerse yourself in a guided tour of the Fez medina, one of the world's largest walled cities. Wander through its labyrinthine streets, filled with the aromas of fresh fruit and spices, intricate Berber carpets, and exquisite Moroccan decors. Visit iconic mosques like the Quaraouiyine Mosque (founded in 859 by Fatima el Fihri) and the Andalusian Mosque (dating back to 860). Explore the Nejjarine fountain, the Medersas (Koranic schools) dating back to the 13th century, the Batha Palace (now a museum of arts and traditions), the Chouwara Tanneries, and the bustling Souk Attarine. Admire the Bab Boujloud gate, the Mellah (Jewish quarter), and the 17th-century Ibn Danan synagogue. In the afternoon, enjoy panoramic views of the old medina and a breathtaking sunset from the Borj Nord or Sud. Overnight in your Riad.
Day 3: Fez - Ifrane - Medilt - Merzouga
Embark on an early departure from Fez, ascending through Ifrane, a charming winter ski resort built by the French in the 1930s with unique European style architecture. Continue through the cedar forests of Azrou, where you may encounter Barbary macaques in their natural habitat. Traverse the Middle Atlas Mountains, winding through scenic forests, springs, jagged rock formations, and Berber villages. Stopping for lunch in Midelt, known for its fossils. Continue towards Merzouga, stopping for panoramic views of a vast palm tree oasis. Upon arrival in Merzouga, depending on the time, you will be taken to a traditional Kasbah at the foot of the Erg Chebbi dunes. After mint tea, embark on a camel trek across the dunes of Erg Chebbi while enjoying the beauty of the sunset. Arrive at the desert camp for an unforgettable night in a traditional Berber tent, where you will be served a delicious dinner under the stars.
Day 4: Merzouga - Todra Gorge or Dades Valley
Wake up early to witness a mesmerizing sunrise over the sand dunes. After returning to the hotel for breakfast and shower, depart for the Todra Gorge, traveling along the rugged "Road of a Thousand Kasbahs". This ancient caravan trading route is dotted with turreted sand castles nestled along lush river valleys and palmeries. Pass through the dramatic escarpments and plunging gorges of the Ziz Valley through Tinghir. Spend the night in the Todra Gorge.
Day 5: Todra Gorge - Ouarzazate
After breakfast and a walk through the Todra Gorge, journey towards Ouarzazate through the Dades Valley and the Valley of Roses. Stop to visit the Dades Gorge and enjoy lunch. Continue to Ouarzazate, passing through Skoura and several historical Kasbahs. Arriving in Ouarzazate arund the afternoon for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 6: Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech
After breakfast, explore Ouarzazate, including the Kasbah of Taourirt and the Atlas movie studios, the largest and most famous in Africa. Stop at Ait Ben Haddou for lunch and visit the renowned Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site and a popular filming location for movies such as "The Gladiator," "Babel," and "Lawrence of Arabia". Continue through the High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi-n-Tichka pass (2260 m above sea level), passing through small villages and waterfalls amidst the ever-changing landscape. Arrive in Marrakech for dinner and an overnight stay in a Riad.
Day 7: Marrakech Sightseeing
After breakfast, discover Marrakech. Visit the city's main monuments, including the Saadian tombs, showcasing Moorish architecture. Explore the Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia Palace, and the Menara Garden. Return to the hotel for lunch. In the afternoon, explore the vibrant souks and enjoy a mint tea overlooking the bustling Jamaa El-Fna square. Dinner and overnight in your Riad.
Day 8: Marrakech - Departure
Depending on your departure time, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward journey, marking the end of your unforgettable Moroccan tour.
