Itinerary

Day 1: Tangier - Chefchaouen

Upon your arrival in Tangier (by ferry or plane), you will be greeted by your driver. The journey begins towards Chefchaouen, the "Blue town" of Morocco, nestled in the Rif Mountains. En route, you'll witness charming villages dotting the landscape. A short tour of Chefchaouen shows its unique blue-washed buildings and the relaxed ambiance of the Rif Mountains. Dinner and overnight stay at a local Hotel/Riad.

Day 2: Chefchaouen - Rabat
After breakfast and a leisurely morning walk in Chefchaouen, the journey continues to Rabat, Morocco's capital city. Explore Rabat's key landmarks, including the crenellated red ochre walls (built during the reign of Sultan Yacoub El-Mansour), the authentic Medina and its souks, the Kasbah of the Udayas (erected in the 12th century), Hassan Tower, and the Mohamed 5 Mausoleum (a masterpiece of Moroccan architecture). Dinner and overnight in a Riad / hotel.
Day 3: Rabat - Casablanca - Marrakech
Following breakfast, depart for Marrakech with a stop in Casablanca to visit the Hassan II Mosque, one of the world's largest mosques and a stunning architectural marvel (open to non-Muslims). Continue to Marrakech, where you can relax upon arrival. In the evening, an orientation tour will lead you to Djemaa El Fna, a vibrant square filled with dancers, snake charmers, and storytellers. Day 4: Marrakech – Guided Tour
A full-day guided tour of Marrakech awaits after breakfast. Explore the Menara gardens, the Koutoubia Minaret, the Saadian Tombs, the Dar Si Said Museum (showcasing Berber arts and crafts), and the Bahia Palace. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Day 5: Marrakech - Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou - Dades Gorges
Depart in the morning, traversing the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi-n-Tichka pass. The scenic route offers breathtaking views of small villages, waterfalls, and the ever-changing landscape. Stop for mint tea before reaching Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou (a UNESCO World Heritage site and filming location for many movies). After lunch and exploration of the Kasbah, continue through Ouarzazate, the Valley of Roses, and the Dades Valley, arriving at the Dades Gorge for sunset. Dinner and overnight stay in a traditional hotel.
Day 6: Dades Gorges - Todra Gorges - Merzouga
After a morning walk through the Dades Gorges, drive along the "Road of 1000 Kasbahs," passing through Tinghir and the Jewish Kasbah. Arrive at the Todra Gorges for lunch and have a leisurely walk before journeying to the Merzouga desert via Erfoud. Upon reaching Merzouga, after a rest and mint tea, embark on a camel trek across the Erg Chebbi dunes to witness a mesmerizing sunset. Spend the night in a Berber tent at the desert camp.
Day 7: Merzouga - Ziz Valley - Medilt - Ifrane - Fez
Wake up early to witness the sunrise over the dunes. After returning to your hotel by camels for breakfast, depart for Fez. The journey passes through the Ziz Valley, with a lunch stop in an apple village. Continue through the mountains and cedar forests, reaching Fez in the afternoon. Day 8: Fez – Medina Walking Tour

A guided tour of the Fez Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the world's largest walled cities. After breakfast, explore its narrow streets filled with fresh fruit, spices, Berber carpets, and Moroccan decor. Visit the Quaraouiyine Mosque (founded in 859 by Fatima el Fihri), the Andalusian Mosque (dating back to 860), the Nejjarine fountain, Medersas (Koranic schools), the Batha Palace (now a museum), the Chouwara Tanneries, the Attarine Souk, Bab Boujloud, the Mellah, Ibn Danan synagogue, and the Kings Palace. In the afternoon, visit the Borj North or South for panoramic views of the old Medina. Dinner and overnight stay in a Riad / Hotel.

Day 9: Fez - Tangier

Depending on your departure time, transfer to Tangier, marking the end of the tour.
